No monthly subscription. A Spotlock platform fee applies to paid bookings, with payment processing charged separately by Stripe.
Three amounts to distinguish
Your customer’s total, the platform fee and Stripe processing are different amounts. Taxes, discounts and refund treatment can affect the final result. Use the live calculator on our homepage for the current public pricing estimate.
Your account’s terms matter
Provider-specific agreements may differ from the public default. Review Pricing & fees in your workspace and your Stripe account before publishing. Estimates are not a guarantee of the final payout.
Free bookings
Spotlock does not charge a platform fee for free bookings. You can start with a free activity without connecting Stripe for payment collection.
